PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo room structure of box-shaped load-carrying platform, capable of achieving applicability to a side-face open vehicle as well and weight reduction.SOLUTION: A cargo room structure 1 includes a movable shelf board part 8 for stacking loads in a box-shaped load-carrying platform 1. The movable shelf board part 8 includes: a first shelf unit 10 having a first shelf board 11 and a first supporting leg 31 foldably mounted on the first shelf board 11; and a second shelf unit 50 having a second shelf board 51 and a second supporting leg 61(71) foldably mounted on the second shelf board 51.
