PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that mitigates a risk of a roll jam attack when unlocking a door.SOLUTION: A reception section 240 receives an unlocking request signal containing a rolling code from a mobile unit 10. The unlocking request signal received by the reception section 240 also contains serial request information in a case the mobile unit 10 has accepted a next door unlocking request within a prescribed period from the reception of the door unlocking request. A storage section 242 stores a timing of reception of the unlocking request signal by the reception section 240. A determination section 210 decides to unlock a door when a difference between the reception timing of the unlocking request signal stored by the storage section 242 and the reception timing of the last unlocking request signal is longer than an interval suited to the prescribed period, in a case where the unlocking request signal contains the serial request information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
