PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle gearshift having a locking device that is simple in structure and highly reliable.SOLUTION: A bicycle gearshift device comprises a connection member 30 that connects an actuation linkage 20 for moving a derailleur 18 to a bicycle frame. A first body provided on the actuation linkage is rotatably connected to the connection member on an axis X. A locking device 32 acting between the connection member and the first body is shifted between a first operative configuration in which the first body is movable about the axis X with respect to the connection member and a second operative configuration in which the first body is held in a predetermined angular position with respect to the connection member. The locking device has a pin 34 that is slidable along an axis Y in a through cavity 36 on the first body. The pin comprises an actuation end portion 34a for commanding shifting from the first to the second operative configuration, and a locking end portion 34b on the opposite side, which when the locking device is in the second operative configuration, is in abutment against the connection member to prevent relative rotation between the first body and the connection member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
