PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicular roof structure capable of achieving both of reduction in weight of a vehicle body and securing of absorption efficiency of a collision load during a side collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A roof side rail 18 is connected to a CFRP-made roof reinforcement section 26 by a first connection member 30 and a second connection member 32, which are made of metal. The first connection member 30 is provided with a fragile section 42. The fragile section 42 is deformed by a collision load F from a vehicle width direction before the roof reinforcement section 26 is bent and deformed by the collision load F. Therefore, the collision load F during a side collision of a vehicle 10 is absorbed by the fragile section 42 at the initial time of the side collision, and subsequently, the side collision is transmitted to the roof reinforcement section 26 and is absorbed by the roof reinforcement section 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車体の軽量化と車両の側突時における衝突荷重の吸収効率の確保とを両立することができる車両用ルーフ構造を得る。【解決手段】金属製の第1連結部材30及び第2連結部材32によってルーフサイドレール18とCFRP製のルーフ補強部26とが連結されている。そして、第1連結部材30には、脆弱部42が設けられており、脆弱部42は、ルーフ補強部26が車両幅方向からの衝突荷重Fで曲げ変形する前に当該衝突荷重Fで変形する。このため、車両10の側突時における衝突荷重Fは、側突初期において脆弱部42で吸収され、その後にルーフ補強部26に伝達されると共に当該ルーフ補強部26で吸収されることとなる。【選択図】図1
