PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery temperature regulating unit control device capable of improving a battery deterioration inhibition effect by enhancing use of a temperature regulating unit taking into consideration deterioration thereof.SOLUTION: A control device 1 controls a cooling fan 3 which cools a battery 2. The control device 1 comprises a cooling fan drive control section 45 which determines whether or not a temperature of a battery 2 is not less than a threshold temperature and performs drive control of the cooling fan 3 when the temperature of the battery 2 is not less than the threshold. In particular, the control device 1 has: a battery deterioration degree calculation section 41 which calculates a deterioration degree of the battery 2; a cooling fan deterioration degree calculation section 42 which calculates the deterioration degree of the cooling fan; a determination section 43 which compares the deterioration degree of the battery 2 with the same of the cooling fan 3 and determines whether or not the deterioration degree of the cooling fan 3 is less severe than the same of the battery 2; and a threshold alteration section 44 which reduces a threshold temperature when the determination section 43 determines that the deterioration degree of the cooling fan 3 is less severe than the same of the battery 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
