PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint operated through 2 kinds of operation for assuring double closing of a fluid passage cooperating with the maximum fluid passage of quite small size and for restricting any dripping of fluid during releasing of their connected state and possibility of unintentional releasing of their connected state.SOLUTION: A joint (R) comprises a male element (A) having a stepped outer groove (20); and a female element (B) including a lock ball (7), a lock ring (9) including a front side inner recess part and a rear side inner recess part separated in an axial direction by an inner rim, a spring for pushing back the lock ring (9) toward a forwarding position, and a valve that can be moved at the female element (B) and pushed back by a spring (14) to a closed position. The male element (A) includes a valve that can move at an inside passage (200) of the male element (A) and a spring (48) for pushing back a valve of the male element (A) toward the closed position at the inside passage (200).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
