PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel brake device of a vehicle, in which an arrangement space for a service brake caliper and a parking brake caliper and the number of components can be reduced.SOLUTION: A rear wheel brake device of a vehicle includes: a brake disc 36 which is rotated integrally with a rear wheel WR; and a service brake caliper 50 and a parking brake caliper (hereinafter, P caliper) 90 which are supported by a swing arm 20 for pivotally supporting the rear wheel WR freely rotatably, and brake the brake disc 36. In the rear wheel brake device of a vehicle, the service brake caliper 50 and the P caliper 90 are fixed to a stay member 40 which is supported by the swing arm 20. A part of the service brake caliper 50 and the P caliper 90 is arranged more on a vehicle front and vehicle upper position from an axle 37 of the rear wheel WR. A first boss 54 which fixes the service brake caliper 50 to the stay member 40 and a third boss 93 which fixes the P caliper 90 to the stay member 40 are arranged on a straight line L passing a center point O of the axle 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】常用ブレーキキャリパおよびパーキングブレーキキャリパの配設スペースおよび部品点数を低減することができる車両の後輪ブレーキ装置を提供する。【解決手段】後輪WRと一体回転するブレーキディスク36と、後輪WRを回転自在に軸支するスイングアーム20に支持されてブレーキディスク36を制動する常用ブレーキキャリパ50およびパーキングブレーキキャリパ(以下、Pキャリパ)90とを有する車両の後輪ブレーキ装置において、常用ブレーキキャリパ50およびPキャリパ90を、スイングアーム20に支持されるステー部材40に固定する。常用ブレーキキャリパ50およびPキャリパ90の一部を、後輪WRの車軸37より車体前方かつ車体上方の位置に配設する。常用ブレーキキャリパ50をステー部材40に固定する第1ボス54と、Pキャリパ90をステー部材40に固定する第3ボス93とを車軸37の中心点Oを通る直線L上に配設する。【選択図】図2
