PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lock device capable of reducing a total oil amount required for releasing parking lock while exerting power required for releasing the parking lock.SOLUTION: A parking module 1 comprises: a pressure receiving chamber 84; a first piston 82; a second piston 83; and a parking rod 4. In the parking module 1, when an oil amount in the pressure receiving chamber 84 is less than a predetermined amount A, as the oil amount in the pressure receiving chamber 84 increases, a first pressure receiving surface 82a and a second pressure receiving surface 83a move to a parking lock releasing direction as a predetermined direction. When the oil amount in the pressure receiving chamber 84 becomes equal to or higher than the predetermined amount A, the second pressure receiving surface 83a stops moving, while the first pressure receiving surface 82a moves to the parking lock releasing direction as the predetermined direction, as the oil amount in the pressure receiving chamber 84 increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
