PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure that makes a nut hardly loosen when a mirror support member is applied with external force to move the mirror support member.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 14 includes: a mirror support member 144 for supporting a mirror 13 of a vehicle 1; a washer provided in an upper part of the mirror support member 144; a bolt shank 142 inserted into a hole 1444 formed in the mirror support member 144 and a hole formed in the washer and connected to a motor; and a fastening member 147 provided in an opposite side to a side connected to the motor on the bolt shank 142. The washer has an outer diameter that is smaller than an outer diameter of the fastening member 147.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
