PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement conversion device of which suppression of friction and simplification of a structure can be achieved, a flapping mechanism equipped with a displacement conversion device, and a method for manufacturing the displacement conversion device.SOLUTION: A displacement conversion device 10 converts a displacement P of a displacement part 14, which is displaced by receiving an external force, to an angular displacement Q. The displacement conversion device comprises: a first component 12 which has a connected body 11 and the displacement part 14, and in which a first connection 15 having a distance between itself and the displacement part 14 is attached to the connected body 11; and a second component 13 which has a fixed stationery portion 16, and in which a second connection 17 having a distance between itself and the stationery portion 16 is attached to the connected body 11. By displacement P of the displacement part 14, an area from the displacement part 14 of the first component 12 to the first connection 15, and an area from the stationery portion 16 of the second component 13 to the second connection 17 are bent by elastic deformation, and the angular displacement Q occurs in the second connection 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
