PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power conversion devices capable of preventing erroneous detection even when a flow rate of coolant is low, and a vehicle on which they are mounted.SOLUTION: A first inverter circuit 3 comprises: a chip group constituted by six transistors UH1, UL1, VH1, VL1, WH1, and WL1; six diode temperature sensors TUH1, TUL1, TVH1, TVL1, TWH1, and TWL1 provided so that at least one sensor corresponds to one transistor to detect a temperature of each transistor; and a high arm side coolant passage 74 and low arm side coolant passage 75 through which coolants for cooling respective transistors flow. Failure detection means in a failure detection device for the first inverter circuit 3 selects two for detecting temperatures of adjacent two transistors from the plurality of diode temperature sensors as an adjacent sensor pair and determines a failure of any of the plurality of diode temperature sensors using detection values of the adjacent sensor pairs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
