PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable downsizing of an attachment portion between a main frame and a rear frame and securely support a seat.SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle includes a main frame 18 formed by connecting a main tube 22 extending from a head pipe supporting a front wheel through a front fork to the rear downward side with a pivot frame 23 supporting a rear fork at its rear end part. The vehicle body frame structure includes a rear frame 16 which is formed by a fiber-reinforced resin and supports a seat at the rear side of the main frame 18. The rear frame 16 includes: an upper attachment part 79 attached to the main frame 18; a pair of right and left upper side parts 73 linearly extending rearward from the upper attachment part 79; and a cross member 74 connecting with the upper side parts 73 at its left and right sides.
