PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller boss cap with a fin for which a cost of manufacture can be reduced compared with conventional one.SOLUTION: A propeller boss cap 1 with fin comprises a boss cap 2 which is a weldment structure of an iron plate, plural fins 3 of an iron plate which are located in a circumferential direction at regular intervals, and are welded and fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the boss cap 2. The boss cap 2 is a truncated cone-shaped cylindrical body, a small diameter end part of which is closed. A large diameter end part of the boss cap 2 is fixed to a propeller A. The boss cap 2 comprises: a small diameter circular disk 2a; a truncated cone-shaped cylindrical body 2b which is a weldment structure; a pair of large diameter circular ring plates 2c; a cylindrical body sandwiched between the pair of large diameter circular ring plates 2c; and plural ribs 2e which are located in a circumferential direction at regular intervals, and are welded and fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, which are sequentially located from top to bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】フィン付プロペラボスキャップであって、製造コストが従来品に比べて低いフィン付プロペラボスキャップを提供する。【解決手段】フィン付プロペラボスキャップ1は、鉄板の溶接構造体であるボスキャップ2と、周方向に等間隔で配設されてボスキャップ2の外周面に溶接固定された複数枚の鉄板のフィン3とを備えている。ボスキャップ2は小径端部が閉鎖された円錐台状の筒体である。ボスキャップ2の大径端部は、プロペラボスAに固定されている。ボスキャップ2は、上方から下方へ順次配設された、小径円板2aと、溶接構造体である円錐台状の筒体2bと、一対の大径円環板2cと、前記一対の大径円環板2cの間に挟まれた円筒体と、周方向に等間隔で配設されて円筒体の外周面に溶接固定された複数のリブ2eとを備えている。【選択図】図1
