PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electric motor to be cooled with fresh wind having a temperature close to a surrounding environment temperature without being subject to influence of the wind temperature rise by an electric power conversion system and reduce a distance between the electric motor and the electric power conversion system to achieve downsizing and reduction of electromagnetic noise.SOLUTION: A cooling device which cools an electric power conversion system which supplies electric power to an electric motor for driving a vehicle comprises: ventilation means connected to an axle directly connected to wheels; and a duct connecting the ventilation means with the electric power conversion system.
