PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compatibility accelerator capable of finely dividing a phase separation structure in a dynamic crosslinking body of a thermoplastic resin and a rubber.SOLUTION: The compatibility accelerator is a compatibility accelerator used when a butyl rubber is crosslinked dynamically in the presence of a thermoplastic resin having at least one functional group selected from an ester group, an amide group and a hydroxyl group in a repeating unit, the compatibility accelerator having a polyisobutylene skeleton and having, in at least one end, a functional group capable of hydrogen bonding to the functional group of the thermoplastic resin (for example, an amino group, an ureido group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group and a mercapto group).SELECTED DRAWING: None
