PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a non-pneumatic cord-embedded tire, by an injection molding method.SOLUTION: A non-pneumatic tire includes a reinforcement member extended in a tire circumferential direction therein. In a method for manufacturing the non-pneumatic tire, while the reinforcement member extended in the tire circumferential direction is locked to inside a mold by a support body extended from a surface inside the mold to inside the mold, tire material is injected to perform injection molding. When tire cross-section height is 100, locking support of the reinforcement member is set within a range of 20 to 95 in a tire radial direction from a tire outer diameter, and length in the tire radial direction of the support body is within a range of 1 to 40. When circumferential length of a maximum inner diameter of the reinforcement member is 100, length of an exposed part on a maximum inner diameter side of the reinforcement member is 0 to 13, and a cutout part is formed, by the support body, to a tire outer surface excluding a contact surface.     【課題】インジェクション成型法によりコード入り非空気入りタイヤを製造する。【解決手段】本発明は、タイヤ周方向に延在する補強部材を内部に含む非空気入りタイヤにおいて、タイヤ周方向に延在する補強部材を型内表面から型内部に伸びる支持体によって型内部に係止した状態でタイヤ材料を射出してインジェクション成型したことを特徴とする非空気入りタイヤの製造方法である。タイヤ断面高さを100としたとき、タイヤ外径からタイヤ半径方向に20〜95の範囲に補強部材の係止支持を設定し、支持体のタイヤ径方向の長さは1〜40の範囲にある。補強部材の最内径の周長を100として補強部材の最内径側の露出部の長さは0〜13であり、支持体により接地面以外のタイヤ外表面に切り欠き部が形成される事を特徴とする。タイヤ材料は、好適には熱可逆架橋エラストマーである。【選択図】図3
