PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a windshield hardly broken at the rollover of a vehicle, in the vehicle having a band-shaped decoration part such as a roof molding.SOLUTION: In a roof front structure of a vehicle having a band-shaped decoration part 50 extending to a rear part of the vehicle from a position in the vicinity of an end edge of a windshield 18 along roof side rails 160 which are arranged at both sides of a roof panel 16 in left and right directions, a hook part 55 is formed at a rear side of a front end of the band-shaped decoration part 50, an engaged part 43k with which the hook part 55 of the band-shaped decoration part 50 is engaged is formed in a position in the vicinity of the end edge of the windshield 18 at a roof front part, and the hook part 55 of the band-shaped decoration part 50 moves to a direction of the end edge of the windshield 18 by the deformation of the roof front part at the rollover of the vehicle. An abutment prediction region of the hook part 55 which is predicted to abut on the end edge of the windshield 18 is removed by the movement of the hook part 55, and a removal portion of the abutment prediction region of the hook part 55 is recessed to the end edge of the windshield 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】本発明は、ルーフモール等の帯状装飾部品を備える車両において車両横転時にフロントガラスを割れ難くする。【解決手段】本発明は、ルーフパネル16の左右両側の設けられたルーフサイドレール160に沿ってフロントガラス18の端縁の近傍位置から車両後方に延びる帯状装飾部品50を備える車両のルーフ前部構造であって、帯状装飾部品50の前端部裏側には鉤部55が形成されており、ルーフ前部には、フロントガラス18の端縁の近傍位置に帯状装飾部品50の鉤部55が係合する被係合部43kが形成されており、車両横転時におけるルーフ前部の変形により帯状装飾部品50の鉤部55がフロントガラス18の端縁の方向に移動する構成であり、鉤部55の移動により、フロントガラス18の端縁に当接すると予想される鉤部55の当接予想部位が除去されて、その鉤部55の当接予想部位の除去部分がフロントガラス18の端縁に対して窪んでいる。【選択図】図8
