PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard for an elevator car having a height control function capable of increasing working efficiency of height control.SOLUTION: A baseboard for an elevator car according to the present invention, which has a height control function, includes a fixing part 14 that is supported by at least either a floor 5 or a wall of the elevator car 1, and a movement part 15 that is mounted on the fixing part 14 in the state of being movable along a vertical direction. The movement part 15 is, for example, formed like a plate and positioned on the outside with respect to an inner wall part 14d of the fixing part 14 and below a ceiling part 14c, and has an upper end connected to the ceiling part 14c via an elastic body 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
