PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular occupant restraint apparatus that winds up a webbing with a motor quickly when the vehicle collides.SOLUTION: In the case of a vehicle ECU 82 determining that there is a possibility of vehicle collision, a seatbelt retractor control circuit 40 controls a switch 62 and a seatbelt retractor drive circuit 50 so as to supply a motor 22 with power of a battery (a secondary battery) 80. Further, in the case of the vehicle ECU 82 determining that the vehicle has collided, the control circuit controls the switch 62 and the seatbelt retractor drive circuit 50 so as to supply the motor 22 with power stored in a capacitor 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
