PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a cross-linking rubber composition excellent in abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a cross-linking rubber composition in which volume of a void part is 7.3% or less when elongated by applied stress of 3.0 MPa, and the filler dispersibility index ΔGrepresented by the following formula (I) is 3.0 or less. The void part has a density 0-0.1 times that of the cross-linking rubber composition before elongated.
