PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue power supply from a charger to an electric vehicle, even if a storage battery has insufficient charge of power.SOLUTION: A charger includes a charging facility management device for managing: a generator which can generate electric power by natural energy; a stationary storage battery to which electric power generated by the generator and electric power purchased from a commercial power supply can be charged; and the charger which receives supply of the electric power generated by the generator, electric power purchased from the commercial power supply, and electric power discharged from the stationary storage battery, the charger capable of charging to a vehicle.
