PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance when a compressor stops, to improve cool storage performance, and to reduce ventilation resistance.SOLUTION: A cool storage evaporator has heat exchange units U1, U2, U3, .... In each heat exchange unit, a fin 6, a refrigerant pipe 5, a cool storage material container 7, and a refrigerant pipe 5 are laminated in order in a direction crossing a direction of passage of outside air. A size of the cool storage material container 7 in the lamination direction is set to be shorter than a size of the fin 6 in the lamination direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
