PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork lift control device which suppresses erroneous detection of a pallet with respect to various pallets and occurrence of excess/shortage of a descent amount of a fork because of different height of the pallets.SOLUTION: In a fork lift control device, when one component M1 of an article M with a fork pocket 43 has height (thickness)/width within a prescribed range, and an interval between an upper limb M1-1 of the one component M1 and a pocket P determined as the fork pocket 43 and an interval between a lower limb M1-2 thereof and the pocket P are respectively within the prescribed range, the component is determined as a pallet 41. Then, a descent amount of a fork 25 is calculated based on height (thickness) of the pallet 41. Therefore, detection of the pallet 41 and descent amount calculation of the fork 25 become possible with respect to various pallets 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15

    【課題】多様なパレットに対してもパレットの誤検出や、パレットの高さが異なることによるフォークの下降量不足、下降量超過の発生を抑制できる、フォークリフト制御装置の提供。【解決手段】フォークポケット43を備えた物品Mの構成要素の一つM1が、所定範囲内の高さ(厚み)、幅であり、かつその構成要素の一つM1の上辺M1−1および下辺M1−2のそれぞれとフォークポケット43と判定されたポケットPとの間隔が所定範囲内であるものをパレット41と判定した上で、パレット41の高さ(厚み)に基づいてフォーク25の下降量を算出するため、多様なパレット41に対してもパレット41の検出や適切なフォーク25の下降量算出が可能となる。【選択図】 図15
