PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device which can suppress the generation of a stick slip sound irrespective of a state of a lubrication material and the presence or absence of the lubrication material, and a bearing structure.SOLUTION: A wheel bearing device 1 comprises: an outer ring 2 which integrally has a vehicle body attachment flange 2e, and in which double-row outside rolling faces 2c, 2d are integrally formed; a hub ring 3 which integrally has a wheel attachment flange 3c for attaching wheels, and in which a small-diameter step part 3a extending to an axial direction is formed; an inner member which is composed of at least one inner ring 4 which is pressure-inserted into the small-diameter step part 3a of the hub ring 3, and in which a double-row inside rolling face 4a opposing the double-row outside rolling faces 2c, 2d is formed; and double-row rolling bodies 5a, 5b which are rotatably accommodated between the rolling faces. In the wheel bearing device 1, a fiber Fi being a soft structure is electrostatically implanted into a hub-ring side engagement face 3g which contacts a constant velocity joint side engagement face 100b of a constant velocity joint 100, and regulates movement to the constant velocity joint 100 in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
