PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in detecting a reverse run vehicle concerning a reverse run warning system.SOLUTION: Three or more sensors 1 are arrayed on a road side so as to detect presence of a vehicle within a detection range. When the three or more sensors 1 detect a vehicle in order from a downstream side to an upstream side in a forward direction, a calculation section 3 calculates a first section speed. A first section speed is calculated based on a detection time difference and a distance concerning at least two of the sensors 1 that have detected a vehicle. Besides, a determination section 4 determines presence/absence of a reverse run vehicle on the basis of at least the first section speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】逆走警報システムに関し、逆走車両の検出精度を向上させる。【解決手段】路側に三個以上のセンサ1を列設し、検知範囲内における車両の存在を検知させる。三個以上のセンサ1が順行方向の下流側から上流側への順序で車両を検知した場合に、算出部3で第一区間速度を算出する。第一区間速度は、車両を検知したセンサ1のうち、少なくとも二個についての検知時刻差及び距離に基づいて算出される。また、少なくとも第一区間速度に基づき、判定部4で逆走車両の有無を判定する。【選択図】図3
