PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for inner liner which improves air permeation prevention performance to a conventional level or higher without deterioration in fatigue resistance, low-temperature embrittlement property and vulcanization failure.SOLUTION: A rubber composition is obtained by blending A pts.mass of oil, B pts.mass of a resin, 30-120 pts.mass of an inorganic filler and 70-130 pts.mass of the total of the inorganic filler and the carbon black of carbon black with 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber containing C pts.mass of a butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubber, where the inorganic filler is plate-like mineral having Mohs hardness of less than 2.0, and satisfies a relationship of the (1) to (3) expressions: (1) 0.084X-1.04≤A≤0.084X+0.96; (2) -0.116X+22.95≤B≤-0.166X+26.95; and (3) 1.015X-70.90≤C≤1.015X-50.90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】耐疲労性、低温脆化性および加硫故障を悪化させることなく、空気透過防止性能を従来レベル以上に向上するようにしたインナーライナー用ゴム組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ブチルゴムをC質量部およびハロゲン化ブチルゴムを含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に、オイルをA質量部、樹脂をB質量部、無機充填材を30〜120質量部、カーボンブラックを、前記無機充填材及びカーボンブラックの合計Xが70〜130質量部になるように配合したゴム組成物であって、前記無機充填材がモース硬度2.0未満の板状鉱物であり、以下の数式(1)〜(3)の関係を満たすことを特徴とする。0.084X−1.04 ≦A≦ 0.084X+0.96 (1)−0.116X+22.95≦B≦−0.166X+26.95 (2)1.015X−70.90≦C≦ 1.015X−50.90 (3)【選択図】図1
