PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge method for highly viscous fluid and a tank for highly viscous fluid which in the discharge of highly viscous fluid from a tank, facilitate preparation of highly accurate discharge plan of highly viscous fluid and thereby enabling the efficiency of a delivery process to be improved.SOLUTION: The discharge method for highly viscous fluid filled in a tank comprising a heater is provide that comprises: a heating time prediction step of predicting the time required for heating the highly viscous fluid by a prescribed computational fluid dynamics analysis; a highly viscous fluid heating step of heating highly viscous fluid by the heater based on the heating time predicted by the heating time prediction step; and a highly viscous fluid discharge step of discharging the heated highly viscous fluid from the tank. The tank for the highly viscous fluid for use in the discharge method is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】高粘度流体をタンクから排出するにあたり、精度が高い高粘度流体の排出計画を容易にし、出荷プロセスの効率を向上させることができる、高粘度流体の排出方法、及びタンクを提供する。【解決手段】ヒーターを備えるタンクに充填された高粘度流体を排出する方法であって、所定の数値流体力学解析により、該高粘度流体を加熱する時間を予測する加熱時間予測工程と、該加熱時間予測工程により予測された加熱時間に基づき該ヒーターにより該高粘度流体を加熱する高粘度流体加熱工程と、該タンクから該加熱された高粘度流体を排出する高粘度流体排出工程と、を有する、高粘度流体の排出方法、及び、これに用いられる高粘度流体用のタンクである。【選択図】なし
