PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate running safety during a vehicle operation, with high accuracy in real time, by utilizing a measurement result of a track-side device for measuring wheel load and lateral force.SOLUTION: A monitoring system for railway vehicle condition comprises: an on-vehicle side sensor 12 mounted on a vehicle 7 and configured to detect at least vibration acceleration; a track-side wheel load and lateral force measuring device 20 that, on the basis of a detection output from a track-side sensor 21 disposed on the track side, measures wheel load and lateral force when the vehicle passes through on a rail; and a condition monitoring device 10 that takes in an output signal 31a from the on-vehicle side sensor and a measurement result 41a of a track-side wheel load and lateral force measuring device and monitors a vehicle condition. The condition monitoring device comprises; an arithmetic processing section 14 that, on the basis of the output signal from the on-vehicle side sensor and the measurement result of the track-side wheel load and lateral force measuring device, calculates the transfer characteristic of the measurement result of the track-side wheel load and lateral force measuring device with respect to the output signal from the on-vehicle side sensor, as a transfer characteristic of a frequency band; and an estimation processing section 15 that, on the basis of the calculation result of the arithmetic processing section, estimates wheel load and lateral force caused between each wheel of the vehicle and the rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軌道側輪重・横圧測定装置の測定結果を活用して、車両オペレーション時の走行安全性を高精度且つリアルタイムに評価すること。【解決手段】車両7に搭載されて少なくとも振動加速度を検出する車上側センサ12と、軌道側に配置された軌道側センサ21の検出出力を基に、車両がレールを通過した時点の輪重・押圧を測定する軌道側輪重・横圧測定装置20と、車上側センサの出力信号31aと軌道側輪重・横圧測定装置の測定結果41aを取り込み、車両の状態を監視する状態監視装置10とを備え、状態監視装置は、車上側センサの出力信号と軌道側輪重・横圧測定装置の測定結果を基に、車上側センサの出力信号に対する軌道側輪重・横圧測定装置の測定結果の伝達特性を、周波数帯域の伝達特性として演算する演算処理部14と、演算処理部の演算結果を基に、車両の各車輪とレールの間で発生する輪重と横圧を、推定する推定処理部15とを有する。【選択図】図1
