PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure that allows a vehicle mounted with a rear motor to inhibit a battery from being broken when the vehicle is collided from a rear side of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A battery mounting structure 100 comprises: a pair of side members 10; a rear motor 30; a frame part 31; a battery 40; and a battery supporting member 50. The frame part 31 includes a front-side frame part 32, and the battery supporting member 50 includes a rear-side bracket part, a front-side bracket part and skelton parts 53A and 53B. Two deformation inducing parts 35 induce a deformation of the front-side frame part 31 so that the front-side frame part 31 can butt a part 51b opposing to a part positioned between a first virtual shaft VL1 and a second virtual shaft VL2. The skelton parts 53A and 53B connect the front-side bracket part to the rear-side bracket part in the part positioned between the first virtual shaft VL1 and the second virtual shaft VL2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
