PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is no room for integrally foam-molding a duct (an air distribution groove) in a seat cushion when the seat cushion made of a foam soft member is made thin for reducing weight.SOLUTION: In a seat member 10 obtained by integrally molding a foam soft member 12 provided on a seating surface side and a foam hard member 14 provided on a back surface of the foam soft member 12, the foam hard member 14 includes an air-conditioning air passage 18 in the inside and includes a first through-hole 20 which communicates with the air-conditioning air passage 18 and is opened on one side of the foam hard member 14 and a second through-hole 22 which communicates with the air-conditioning air passage 18 and is opened on the other side of the foam hard member 14, and the foam soft member 12 includes a third through-hole 24 which communicates with the air-conditioning air passage 18 through the second through-hole 22 and is opened on the seating surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】発泡軟質部材からなるシートクッションを軽量化のために薄肉化すると、ダクト(配風溝)を該シートクッションに一体的に発泡成形する余地が無くなる難点がある。【解決手段】着座面側に設けられる発泡軟質部材12と、該発泡軟質部材12の裏面に設けられる発泡硬質部材14とを一体成形してなる座席部材10において、前記発泡硬質部材14は、内部に空調用空気の通路18を備えると共に、該空調用空気の通路18に連通して該発泡硬質部材14の一方に開口する第1通孔20および該空調用空気の通路18に連通して該発泡硬質部材14の他方に開口する第2通孔22を備え、また前記発泡軟質部材12は、前記空調用空気の通路18に前記第2通孔22を介して連通すると共に、前記着座面側に開口する第3通孔24を備えるようにした。【選択図】図1
