PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily stop oscillation of a load when lifting the load.SOLUTION: A simple crane 40 is mounted to a construction frame member at an upper part of an activity temporary scaffold 30, a wire rope 81 is suspended from a load hanging hoist 47 suspended on a front part of a bracket, and a load lifting material 14 is hitched on a hanging hook 82. A guide rope 52, of which a top edge is hung on a guide rope attachment metal fitting 51 at a front end part of a forward extension part 48 mounted to an upper frame 45 of the bracket, is suspended to a ground, and is hung on a pulley 84 for the guide rope which is supported by the hanging hook 82. When an operator A on the ground pulls the guide rope 52 during lifting of a load, the load lifting material 14 is pulled to the guide rope 52 side via the pulley 84 for the guide rope and the hanging hook 82. When the load is elevated, the guide rope 52 on an upper side of the pulley 84 for the guide rope pulls the hanging hook 82 forward by a relatively larger force, and therefore, oscillation of the lifting load can be suppressed even if the operator A does not strongly pull the guide rope 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】荷揚げ中の荷の振れ止めを容易化する。【解決手段】簡易クレーン40をビティ仮設足場30の上部の建枠部材に装着し、ブラケットの前部に懸吊された荷吊りホイスト47からワイヤロープ81を垂下し、吊りフック82に荷揚げ資材14を玉掛けする。ブラケットの上枠45に装着した前方延設部48の前端部のガイドロープ取り付け金具51に上端を掛装したガイドロープ52を地上まで垂らし、吊りフック82に支持させたガイドロープ用滑車84を通す。荷上げ中、地上の作業員Aがガイドロープ52を引っ張ると、ガイドロープ用滑車84と吊りフック82を介して荷揚げ資材14がガイドロープ52寄りに引っ張られる。荷が高くなると、ガイドロープ用滑車84の上側のガイドロープ52が吊りフック82を比較的大きな力で前方へ引っ張るようになるので、作業員Aがガイドロープ52を強く引っ張らなくても吊り荷の振れが抑制される。【選択図】図3
