PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables movement on both sides of a vehicle for cover attachment and detachment, needs works in a cabin, and is capable of simply being attached and detached by solving the problem that the cover mounted with magnets has a strong image and is considered to be anxious about damage to the vehicle.SOLUTION: A device of this invention is a device which enables a sheet assembly consisting of a frostproof net and a frostproof net tie rod that stops both the ends to be hooked on a cramp body 1 having a movable arm 2 and a fixed arm 3 on both right and left sides tightened on a vehicle. The actuation includes fastening with a spring 11, holding a cramp grip rod to draw out the movable arm 2 to release, and hooking with a leaf spring 9 onto a projection positioned in the cramp body 1 to keep that state. When this state is released, pressing a release button 4 makes the spring 11 get the movable arm 2 of the cramp body attracted to the vehicle side to fix the cramp body on the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】従来はカバー着脱に車両の両側に移動したり、車室内での作業が必要であり簡単に着脱されるものが待ち望まれていた。また、磁石で装着されるものは、磁石が硬いというイメージが強く、車両への傷付きが不安視されている。【解決手段】凍結予防網とその両端を止める凍結予防網固定棒からなるシートアッセンブリ—を車両に緊縛される左右両方に可動腕2と固定腕3を持ったクランプ本体1に掛けられるようにした装置。クランプの作動はスプリング11で車両へ締め付け、解除するためには、クランプ握り棒を持って可動腕2を引き出し、その状態を保つために、板バネ9でクランプ本体1内にある突起にかける。この状態を解除するときはリリースボタン4を押すことにより、スプリング11がクランプ本体の可動腕2が車両側に引き寄せられクランプ本体を車両に固定するようになる。【選択図】図7
