PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly warm up an internal combustion engine for a hybrid vehicle, while preventing deterioration of a heat reservoir, heating a secondary battery, and suppressing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A secondary battery heating device for a hybrid vehicle comprises: an internal combustion engine; a secondary battery (lithium-ion battery 3); and heating means (heating device 6). The heating means comprises: a latent heat storage material 62; a cooling water reservoir 670 to which cooling water for the internal combustion engine is supplied, and which is configured to transmit heat to the latent heat storage material; a cooling water passage configured to circulate cooling water between the cooling water reservoir and the internal combustion engine; and an electric heater 63 installed in the cooling water reservoir, and configured to heat the cooling water in the cooling water reservoir.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
