PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion battery capable of utilizing two fuses having different maximum allowable currents while suppressing an increase in the number of terminals.SOLUTION: A battery 10 includes: a discharge line Lp1 connecting at least one battery cell 11a and a first terminal 12a and provided with a fuse 13A; and a charge line Lp2 connecting the at least one battery cell 11a and the first terminal 12a and provided with a fuse 13B. The battery 10 further includes: at least one switch element 14A and 14B for controlling conduction of the discharge line Lp1 and conduction of the charge line Lp2; and a control device 15 for operating the switch element 14A and 14B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
