PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device which can cancel an affection of slip of a tire, and correctly detect pressure reduction of a tire.SOLUTION: A detection device comprises: a storage part; an index value calculation part; a torque acquisition part; and a pressure reduction detection part. The storage part stores a prescribed reference wheel torque at which, no slip occurs, or slip hardly occurs. The index value calculation part calculates a pressure reduction index value from wheel speed information in detection of pressure reduction. The pressure reduction index value becomes larger as rotation speeds of first and fourth tires are larger, and becomes smaller as rotation speeds of second and third tires are larger, or the pressure reduction index value becomes larger as rotation speeds of the second and third tires are larger, and becomes smaller as rotation speeds of the first and fourth tires are larger. The torque acquisition part acquires a wheel torque in detection of pressure reduction. The pressure reduction detection part identifies a linear relation between the wheel torque in detection of pressure reduction, and the pressure reduction index value, and detects pressure reduction of the tire, based on the linear relation and the reference wheel torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】タイヤのスリップの影響をキャンセルして、タイヤの減圧を正確に検出することが可能な検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】検出装置は、記憶部と指標値算出部とトルク取得部と減圧検出部とを備える。記憶部は、スリップが生じない又は殆ど生じない程度の所定の基準ホイールトルクを記憶する。指標値算出部は、減圧検出時の車輪速情報から減圧指標値を算出する。減圧指標値は、第1及び第4タイヤの回転速度が大きい程大きくなり且つ第2及び第3タイヤの回転速度が大きい程小さくなる、或いは、第2及び第3タイヤの回転速度が大きい程大きくなり且つ第1及び第4タイヤの回転速度が大きい程小さくなる指標値である。トルク取得部は、減圧検出時のホイールトルクを取得する。減圧検出部は、減圧検出時のホイールトルクと減圧指標値との線形関係を特定し、当該線形関係及び基準ホイールトルクに基づいてタイヤの減圧を検出する。【選択図】図6
