PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a webbing winding device that can increase amounts of movements of a moving member separating from a rotating member toward a tip in a shaft direction.SOLUTION: In a webbing winding device 10, distances between a bent part 78 of a cover plate 50 and a rotation center of a rotating member 28 increases toward a drawing-out direction. Therefore, the moving member 64 is moved toward a tip in a shaft direction while being bent along the bent part 78, so that a curvature radius of bend of the moving member 64 is made larger. This can incline the shaft direction of the moving member 64 toward an upper side of a vehicle with respect to inside in a vehicle width direction, in a state where the tip part in the shaft direction of the moving member 64 is moved toward outside in the shaft direction more than the rotation center of the rotating member 28. This allows the moving member 64 to move toward the upper side of the vehicle until when the tip in the shaft direction of the moving member 64 is contacted with a part closer to inside in the vehicle width direction than a second corner part 82, in a side wall 72 of the cover plate 50, which can increase amounts of movements of the moving member 64 toward the tip in the shaft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】回転部材から離れた移動部材の軸方向先端側への移動量を大きくできるウェビング巻取装置を得る。【解決手段】ウェビング巻取装置10では、カバープレート50の曲部78は、引出方向側へ向けて回転部材28の回転中心から距離が大きくなっている。このため、移動部材64は、曲部78に倣って曲げられながら軸方向先端側へ移動されることによって、移動部材64の曲げの曲率半径が大きくされる。このため、移動部材64の軸方向先端部が回転部材28の回転中心よりも車幅方向外側へ移動された状態で、移動部材64の軸方向を車幅方向内側に対して車両上側へ傾けることができる。これによって、移動部材64の軸方向先端がカバープレート50の側壁72において第2コーナ部82よりも車幅方向内側部分に当接されるまで、移動部材64は車両上側へ移動でき、移動部材64の軸方向先端側への移動量を大きくできる。【選択図】図5
