PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous pointer having a more novel visual quality than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A luminous pointer 1 includes: a bright member 30 brightened by receiving light from a light source; and a cap 20 which stores the bright member 30, and in which a light passing hole 22a for allowing light from the bright member 30 to pass through toward a viewer is formed. The cap 20 includes: a light transmitting material 22c for transmitting the light from the bright member 30; and a semi-transmissive/semi-reflective layer 22b which is layered on the light transmitting material 22c, and which reflects a part of incident light and transmits a part of the incident light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
