PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating electrode device capable of preventing an excessive heat value while suppressing visual failure.SOLUTION: A heating electrode device (20) heats a panel by energization and includes bus bar electrodes (21) as two electrodes, and a heating conductor (22) disposed between the two electrodes of the bus bar electrodes, electrically connected to the bus bar electrodes and generating heat by energization.
