PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabling body holder structure of an automobile which can prevent the generation of noise caused by the vibration of a vehicle body without impairing assembling performance.SOLUTION: A piping holder structure of an automobile is constituted of a holder main body 10 for holding piping, and a grommet 20 inserted into an opening part of the holder main body 10. In the opening part of the holder main body 10, a lock hole in which a lock claw locked to a stud bolt 4 is protrusively formed, and a grommet attachment hole 152 attached with the grommet 20 are connected to each other in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, the grommet attachment hole 152 has an inside diameter larger than the stud bolt 4, and is formed while having a length in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction in which the stud bolt 4 can be protruded, the grommet 20 is formed into a substantially-gate form shape in a cross section having a pair of flat plate portions 221 opposing each other in a vehicle vertical direction, and the flat plate portions 221 are formed slightly heavy in thicknesses with respect to an interval between the grommet attachment hole 152 and the stud bolt 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
