PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure having excellent fatigue strength and rigidity by welding and joining a plurality of steel-plate components via a T-shaped welding joint, and a method for manufacturing the joint structure.SOLUTION: A joint structure 1 is formed by welding and joining steel-plate components 20 and 30 via a T-shaped welding joint 11, and characterized in that a slope 37 is formed by forming a recessed part 33 so as to bend in the surface 31 of the component 30, and the weld toe 41 of a welding bead 40 is positioned on the slope 37 in the T-shaped welding joint 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鋼板からなる複数の部品がT字溶接継手部を介して溶接接合されて、疲労強度と剛性に優れた接合構造体、該接合構造体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る接合構造体1は、鋼板からなる部品20及び部品30がT字溶接継手部11を介して溶接接合されたものであって、部品30は、その表面31に凹形状の凹部33を屈曲形成することによって傾斜面部37が形成され、T字溶接継手部11は、傾斜面部37に溶接ビード40の溶接止端部41が位置しているものであることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
