PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver to take a posture for an automatic operation mode when a manual operation mode is switched to the automatic operation mode in a vehicle capable of switching between the automatic operation mode and the manual operation mode.SOLUTION: An arm rest control device includes: an operation mode determination part for determining a switching state of an operation mode of a vehicle capable of switching between an automatic operation mode and a manual operation mode; and an arm rest control part for moving a support part of an arm rest for supporting an arm of a driver to a position corresponding to a posture of the driver in the automatic operation mode when being operated under the automatic operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
