PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a power consumption amount (cost value) of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle information estimation apparatus includes: a storage unit 19 which stores a travel model indicating a mode when an electric vehicle 2 travels in a road link, for each of the number of stops at the road link; a stop frequency estimation unit 23 which estimates the number of times that the electric vehicle 2 stops at the road link; and a processing unit 22 which determines a power consumption amount (cost value) required for the electric vehicle 2 to travel in the road link by using a travel model corresponding to the number of stops estimated by the stop frequency estimation unit 23, from among the travel models.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
