PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular controller capable of quickly restarting an engine in setting-up after turnover, to enable a vehicle to start.SOLUTION: A vehicular controller includes: a gyrosensor 51 configured to detect a roll angel of a vehicle; a turnover determination unit 61 that when the roll angel of the vehicle detected by the gyrosensor 51 exceeds a specified value, determines that the vehicle is turned over; a setting-up determination unit 62 that when the roll angle of the vehicle is less than the specified value after the turnover determination unit 61 determines that the vehicle is turned over, determines that the vehicle has been set up; and an engine start instruction unit 63 that when the setting-up determination unit 62 determines that the vehicle has been set up, outputs an engine start instruction to start an engine 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
