PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for a conjugated diene-based rubber that has an excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: Provided is a conjugated diene-based rubber production process including: a first step of polymerizing a monomer containing a conjugated diene compound in an inert solvent using a polymerization initiator to prepare a solution containing a conjugated diene-based polymer chain having an active terminal; a second step of adding a particular amount of a tin-containing coupling agent and/or a silicon-containing coupling agent having 6 or more reaction points capable of reacting with the active terminal of the conjugated diene-based polymer chain to said solution containing a conjugated diene-based polymer chain having an active terminal to react; a third step of adding a particular amount of siloxane to the solution containing the conjugated diene-based polymer chain reacted with the tin-containing coupling agent and/or the silicon-containing coupling agent to react; and a forth step of adding a particular amount of tetramethoxysilane to the solution containing the conjugated diene-based polymer chain reacted with siloxane to react.SELECTED DRAWING: None
