PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose whether a grounding fault detection circuit provided in an output stage of a power conversion circuit within a battery charger normally works.SOLUTION: A grounding fault detection circuit diagnosis device 12 is configured to comprise: resistance R4 to which a current I1 in a first direction flows when a plus side feeder wire Lp on an output side of a power conversion circuit 11 is grounded; a grounding fault detection circuit 121 that, when current in the first direction flows to the resistance R4, detects that the plus side feeder wire Lp or a minus side feeder wire Ln is grounded; a first grounding fault detection diagnosis circuit 122 that flows the current I1 in the first direction to the resistance R4; and a control unit 124 that, when an operation of a first grounding detection diagnosis circuit when 122 is controlled to flow the current I1 in the first direction to the resistance R4, if it is detected by the grounding fault detection circuit 121 that the plus side feeder wire Lp or the minus side feeder wire Ln is grounded, diagnoses that the grounding fault detection circuit 121 is normal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】充電器内の電力変換回路の出力段に設けられる地絡検知回路が正常であるか否かを診断する。【解決手段】電力変換回路11の出力側のプラス側給電線Lpが地絡しているとき、第1の方向の電流I1が流れる抵抗R4と、抵抗R4に第1の方向の電流が流れると、プラス側給電線Lpまたはマイナス側給電線Lnが地絡していることを検知する地絡検知回路121と、抵抗R4に第1の方向の電流I1を流す第1の地絡検知診断回路122と、第1の地絡検知診断回路122の動作を制御することにより抵抗R4に第1の方向の電流I1を流しているとき、地絡検知回路121によりプラス側給電線Lpまたはマイナス側給電線Lnが地絡していることが検知されると、地絡検知回路121が正常であると診断する制御部124とを備えて地絡検知回路診断装置12を構成する。【選択図】図1
