PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy absorber excellent in shock resistance and excellent in shock energy absorbance.SOLUTION: An energy absorber is composed of an olefin-based resin composition obtained by blending an olefin resin, a polyamide resin and an elastomer having a reactive group with respect to the polyamide resin. The olefin-based resin composition includes a continuous phase containing the olefin resin, and a polyamide resin-based dispersion phase dispersed in the continuous phase. The polyamide resin-based dispersion phase has a structure containing the elastomer in the mother phase containing the polyamide resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
