PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for accurately delivering a temporarily stored carrier truck to a driving path part.SOLUTION: This carrier device is provided with: a drive conveyor chain 4 in which a driving path part 1B that forcibly drives a carrier truck 3 to travel at fixed intervals is connected to a storage path part 2 provided with a drive conveyer chain 17 for supporting the carrier truck 3 to travel via wheels 21a and 21b, the driving path part 1B being provided with, at fixed intervals, truck propelling claws 6 to which left-and-right horizontal moved pins 22a installed in the carrier truck 3 are fitted so as to be vertically detached; position-releasable truck positioning means 32 and 44 for positioning the carrier truck 3 in the state of being inhibited to move back and forth at fixed positions where the moved pins 22a of the carrier truck 3 are positioned immediately before a rotation path around the guide wheels 7e of the truck propelling claws 6; and truck extrusion means 34 for extruding the carrier truck 3 at the fixed positions at the timing of fitting the moved pins 22a to the truck propelling claws 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】一時的にストレージされた搬送台車を駆動経路部に的確に送り出すための構成を提案する。【解決手段】車輪21a,21bを介して搬送台車3を走行自在に支持する駆動コンベヤチエン17によって構成されたストレージ経路部2に、搬送台車3を設定間隔おきに強制走行駆動する駆動経路部1Bが接続され、この駆動経路部1Bが、搬送台車3に設けられた左右水平向きの被動ピン22aが上下方向嵌脱自在に嵌合する台車推進用爪部6を一定間隔おきに備えた駆動コンベヤチエン4を備え、搬送台車3の被動ピン22aが、台車推進用爪部6の案内輪7eの周りでの回動経路の直前に位置する定位置で、搬送台車3を前後移動不可の状態に位置決めする、位置決め解除自在な台車位置決め手段32,44と、この定位置にある搬送台車3を、被動ピン22aを台車推進用爪部6に嵌合させるタイミングで押し出す台車押出し手段34が設けられた構成。【選択図】図10
