PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection angle adjusting mechanism in which a visual inspection element tilting part holding a visual inspection element, such as a mirror or a camera, is pivotally supported by a tilting support part, and a visual inspection angle is adjusted using motor drive, and which further is improved in resistance of leg parts of a nut member against deformation and breakage when subjecting the nut member to a coming-off preventive measure.SOLUTION: A visual inspection element tilting part 14 is supported to be freely tiltable by a tilting support part 12. When a motor is driven, a nut member 36 rotates together with a gear member, and the nut member 36 elevates and lowers a male screw member 24 so that the visual inspection element tilting part 14 is tilted. Protrusions 147 are formed on a trunk part 140 of the nut member 36. The protrusions 147 are engaged with grooves 139 of the gear member, and make the nut member 36 rotate together with the gear member. A projecting abutment part 149 is formed on the tilting support part 12. When the nut member 36 moves from the male screw member 24 in a coming-off direction, the projecting abutment part 149 abuts on the protrusions 147 in order to inhibit movement of the nut member 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 30
【課題】ミラー、カメラ等の視認素子を保持する視認素子傾動部を傾動支持部にピボットで支持して、モータ駆動で視認角度調整を行う視認角度調整機構において、ナット部材に抜け止め対策を施す場合の、ナット部材の足部の、変形、破損に対する耐性を向上させる。【解決手段】視認素子傾動部14は傾動支持部12に傾動自在に支持されている。モータを駆動すると、ギヤ部材とともにナット部材36が回転し、ナット部材36は雄ねじ部材24を昇降して、視認素子傾動部14を傾動させる。ナット部材36の胴部140には突起147が形成されている。突起147はギヤ部材の溝139に嵌合し、ギヤ部材とともにナット部材36を回転させる。傾動支持部12には突起当接部149が形成されている。突起当接部149は、ナット部材36が雄ねじ部材24から抜ける方向に移動したときに突起147に当接してナット部材36の移動を阻止する。【選択図】図30
