PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom structure and a ship enabled to acquire a friction resistance reducing effect by an air lubrication system satisfactorily even in a slim type ship equipped with a ship bottom ramp on a bottom.SOLUTION: In the structure of a bottom 13 of a ship comprises: an air lubrication system for injecting air bubbles 100 on the bottom 13 of a hull 10; and a bottom inclination part 13b inclined up toward the outer side in a hull width direction Y on the bottom 13. The angle φ of the bottom inclination part 13b at the maximum transverse position, at which the transverse section of the hull 10 becomes maximum, is set within a range larger than 0 degrees and smaller than 15 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
