PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship bottom structure of a twin skeg ship, and a twin skeg ship, which are configured to improve propulsion efficiency.SOLUTION: A ship bottom structure of a twin skeg ship comprises: a pair of skegs 15L, 15R provided on the stern side of a ship bottom 13 at an interval in the hull width direction; propellers installed individually on the stern sides of the pair of skegs 15L, 15R and rotating inward with respect to each other; and an inclined surface 131 formed on the ship bottom 13 between the pair of skegs 15L, 15R and inclined upward toward the stern side. The cross section of the inclined surface 131 is formed, in a first position B, in a flat shape along the hull width direction, and, in a second position A closer to the stern side than the first position B, is formed in an undulation shape having a pair of concave parts 131b that are provided at an interval in the hull width direction and hollow upward, and a convex part 131a that is provided between the pair of concave parts 131b and protrudes downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
